You want to feel like a hero in your relationship.
Welcome to The Intimacy Blueprint retreat
September 25th to 27th 2026
In Ashland Oregon
You can be successful in many areas of your life and still feel unsure of how to stay connected when a relationship becomes difficult.
Most men are taught how to work hard, provide, solve problems, and push through discomfort. Very few are taught how to communicate through conflict, repair after rupture, express vulnerability with strength, or create the emotional safety that allows intimacy to grow.
The Intimacy Blueprint is an immersive experience for men who are ready to become more skillful in the way they love, lead, communicate, and connect.
This work is grounded in one central principle: connection above all else.
You do not need to become a different man. You need the awareness and practical skills to recognize the patterns that create distance and choose a more honest, grounded, and connected response.
THIS EXPERIENCE IS FOR YOU IF...
✔️ You love your partner or family, but keep repeating the same conflict patterns.
✔️ You shut down, become defensive, over-explain, fix, appease, or withdraw when emotions run high.
✔️You feel successful in many areas but unfulfilled in your closest relationships.
✔️ You want more intimacy but are unsure how to create emotional safety.
✔️ You struggle to communicate your needs without resentment, avoidance, or escalation.
✔️ You feel pressure to be strong, capable, and in control, even when you are hurting.
✔️ You are committed to becoming a better partner, father, future partner, and leader.
You do not need to be in a relationship to benefit from this work. These skills shape every meaningful relationship in your life.
WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE:
:
-

Awareness
Recognize the patterns, blind spots, and protective strategies shaping the way you relate. Awareness helps you stop confusing good intentions with trustworthy impact.
-

Safety
Learn how to create greater safety within yourself and in your relationships. Emotional safety creates the conditions for honesty, vulnerability, desire, and lasting connection.
-

Wounding
Understand how your history and emotional wounds influence your nervous system, your reactions, and the way you move toward or away from connection.
-

Skill
Build practical capacity in communication, emotional regulation, accountability, boundaries, conflict repair, and expressing your needs clearly.
-

THE ART OF REPAIR
Conflict is not always a sign that a relationship is failing. What matters is what happens after the rupture.
Repair is the skill of finding your way back to connection. It requires more than saying, “I’m sorry.” Meaningful repair asks you to understand your impact, take responsibility without collapsing into shame, listen to another person’s experience, and create enough safety for trust to return.
You do not need to avoid every conflict. You need to know how to move through conflict without abandoning yourself or the people you love.
Every relationship is shaped by two nervous systems.
Each person brings a history, emotional wounds, needs, protective patterns, and ways of responding when connection feels threatened. Without awareness, both people can begin protecting themselves from each other.
The Intimacy Blueprint will help you become more attuned to your own nervous system and more responsive to the emotional needs of the people you love. This is not about managing someone else’s emotions or abandoning your boundaries. It is about understanding how your tone, timing, presence, body language, and communication affect the relational field.
TWO NERVOUS SYSTEMS,
ONE RELATIONSHIP
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
Imagine moving through a difficult conversation without immediately shutting down, becoming defensive, or trying to win.
Imagine expressing what you need before resentment builds.
Imagine understanding what is happening beneath your partner’s reaction while remaining connected to your own truth.
Imagine conflict becoming an opportunity for honesty and repair instead of another reason to disconnect.
The Intimacy Blueprint gives you tools you can continue practicing long after the experience ends.
